Qualifying with Coveney Nicholls, Charlotte has progressed to take over our outsourced services, becoming a key interface with our software partners and with the relevant authorities. She has managed the introduction of MTD and ensures clients are compliant. She also leads our software training programme for clients and staff.
This is a very significant role, as we do not outsource our clients data processing. Consequently we are more expensive, but with our commitment to data security, you can be assured that your personal details will not be spread around the globe to make you financially vulnerable.
Charlotte enjoys long distance running, which is a good excuse to leave the laptop and the phone behind and de stress so that she is fresh for her demanding role.
