John Mabey FCA

Overview

John is one of the founding partners of the firm, in its current form. He graduated from Warwick Business School, trained and qualified with the firm before leaving to spend around 10 years at Touche Ross (now Deloitte in the UK) and PWC. He returned as a partner in Coveney Nicholls and has developed the firms Private Client sector for high net worth individuals alongside a portfolio of audit and compliance clients. John has a particular interest in IT and taxation and he leads our practice services in those areas.

Qualification
FCA Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales 1986.

Client sectors
John has current clients in property, hotels, import and export businesses and solicitors. He also has a range of clients in the distribution and services sector. His client base includes companies with international ownership and is the main liaison with our international network partners in FY International.

Location
John splits his time primarily between the London office and our East Grinstead office but has a significant client base in Surrey. 

Outside interestests
Out of the office John plays golf and enjoys fishing and walking his dogs. John reads widely and has a particular interest in international affairs and politics.
